Since I'm always interested in adding new and better things to the site, it helps me to know what you want to see here. Below, I've pasted the suggestions I've received recently, along with my response to them. If you have a comment on one of these suggestions or have a suggestion of your own send them to me.

I haven't actually seen the movie but I'll check it out. It also brings up a good point. We have songs and poetry so we probably should start a movies page. Start sending them in. -- Kim

Apparently, you didn't understand the name of the site. It's called "I Hate Men." That means that we're not particularly interested in the "good qualities." Try searching for ilovemen.com or something like that if you need the ego boost. -- Kim

Hmmmm....well, I don't really advocate destroying anyone or ruining their lives. On the links page, there are places where you can send them things like dead roses, dog poop, and hate cards. I'm not opposed to non-violent/non-destructive forms of revenge...more like practical jokes. If anyone has gotten someone back in a non-permanently-hurtful way, send in your story and we'll see what we come up with. -- Kim

Hello, I am in Australia and saw you on the Ricky Lake show. I had an idea. Why dont you have an "exposed" page.. where women can go to look up a mans name and if he has been 'exposed' then we can be warned. I was in love recently with a guy that was supposedly going to marry me. Today I recieved an email with this attachement (i have attached it). Someone went to a lot of trouble to send this to all the women on his (andres) list. When i read it I saw that he has told many woment the same thing he told me. I think us women should be able to go to a site where we can do a search on a mans name and find out of any previous bad history (submitted by burnt women). I am unsure of the legalities but maybe you would be able to look into it. Look forward to your response.

In theory, I agree with you (and the several others of you who have made similar suggestions). However, in reality, it's too dangerous legally. There are a couple of sites on the net that do this but they are opening themselves (and those of you who write the information) up to law suits. I just don't think it's something we want to risk for the site or for the fans who submit things. -- Kim

See the Guys Online section. I have posted profiles and IM conversations with annoying Internet men. That's as far as we can go with that because like the above suggestion, just telling about guys (with identifying information) can cause legal trouble. However, the word-for-word IMs or profiles they have posted in the public domain are safe. Send those to me if you have them and I'll post them. Lately, a few people have found their significant others on the site and got them in BIG TROUBLE. LOL. -- Kim

I've noticed that you are selling emails @ihatemen.com and it stated that the person needs to mail the money in. I wanted to suggest putting a link or payment option of www.paypal.com :) I use it for my ebay stuff to accept payments and people can pay through it using credit cards and bank accounts and I know quite a bit of people out there have a paypal account.. Really simple to set up. Just a suggestion. I still think this is an awesome site. Keep up the good work and I'll be back when I save the $12 in change *LOL*

That will happen eventually. While my computer was "sick," Slammy put up the e-mail stuff and I haven't had a chance yet to go over the page and make sure it's up to www.ihatemen.com standards. We don't do things around here like they do on THEIR site. :-) -- Kim

I like your site very much and I would like to suggest that on your Serious Stuff part of your website that you do a part on pornography and how it affects its influence on men. I think that porn is tasteless and dusgusting. Not only that but its also disturbing to women and children and teens. I'm so mad thatmen like to see women and children being brutalized and degraded in front of the camera. There are so many forms of explict forms of hardcore porn ranging from sadomasacism, mutalatiom, Raping, Gang rapes. urination and defication to more severe forms like torture and killings of women. This is an interesting issue because I have sort of a split opinion on it. I feel strongly that anything which exploits children or glorifies violence is bad and should not be tolerated. However, if we're talking about Playboy, that's not something I get too worked up about. Men like looking at naked women (or naked men) and it's generally a harmless pasttime, if not taken to the extreme where it takes the place of a normal sex life. It's a multi-billion dollar industry, and many women are making a lot of money this way. So "degrading," (when talking about consenting adults) is subjective. But I'll look into the hardcore stuff as relates to child abuse and violence toward women. -- Kim

I had a great idea for your site! I live in Fort Lauderdale, FL and god knows there are so many jerks that live here too. Well, I thought it would be so wonderful to have a spot where women could post about local men and gossip of the sort. This could work out as a type of "background check" when a girl might have suspiscions about a guy, she might find he has a history of abuse to other women. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I dated a guy who turned out to be a jerk, and I always wished there was someone there to warn me or a way to find out his love history like one would check a criminal record. Anyways, I just thought this would be soooo great. I can already think of at least ten guys I would post on.

I just wanted to call to your attention the person who keeps posting horrendously disgusting feces-fetish pictures on the public message board. I know it's unmoderated and everything, but I was just wondering if there's a way to maybe ban all pictures or something, because it's really and truly disgusting and out of hand, and the person is only posting the pictures to try and make other people leave. You don't know how much I hate these message boards. I'd delete them entirely but people seem to like them so I'll over you guys some additional solutions...

(A) We can ban obnoxious posters - Doesn't work because they just come back as someone else so this is basically a waste of time

(B) We can ignore them - Most of these people get bored pretty quickly and move on. Just don't read their posts.

(C) We can get rid of the Public Message Board and just have the Private one -- We don't have these problems on that board.

(D) Someone (not me) can moderate the dang thing - That would be a time consuming VOLUNTEER position requiring someone to approve all posts before letting them through.

You all decide what you want to do and let me know!
