August: The past few months I have been slowly updating the sections with the content sent in. If you have submitted something and not seen it posted, we have it. I am slowly but surely working on automating the site to speed up these updates. I am almost complete with the poetry section. Please submit any new poems here, and the display part will be done shortly.
Also, we now have a women-only forum. To join, click on the women-only section, and fill out the application for membership. Once received, we will grant you membership. The main purpose of the women-only section is to provide women a safe and comfortable place to vent. We cannot insure the validity of each application, but disruptive and offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
We are also happy to announce the new Relationship Tools area. This section is starting with a summary of our basic advice. It is fairly empty right now due to the amount of time spent working on the other areas of the site. If someone would like to submit a relationship article to help fill in content, please do so here.

June: I Hate Men now has its very own merchandise line! Our selection includes girl power t-shirts, bad daddy baby bibs and many more hateful designs. Further, in keeping with the spirit of the times, we have diversified into political hate stickers!. Be the first in your town to show off your I Hate Bush or I Hate Kerry bumper sticker!

APRIL NEWS: We finally have everything complete for user email at IHateMen.com. Now you can have your very own email @IHateMen.com! It took a little while to setup, but we went with a first rate email provider who offers spam filters, no advertisement and 25 megs of storage space. This is as cool as it gets, click here to check it out!! Due to the popularity of the advice column, we now have an express lane for replies. We guarantee you an answer in less then 48 hours by stopping everything we are doing to focus on you! Check out the column to find out more. Until May, happy hating!

MARCH NEWS: Kim has taken a much-needed sabbatical and I will be keeping things running for the time being. She should be back from her break before the start of summer. In other news the technical setup for having user email at IhateMen.com is almost complete. I am hopeful everything will be running before the end of March so men hating women everywhere can have their address to show it. You may reserve your name now and will be notified when everything is up and running. For those of you who don't already know, IHateMen is progressively becoming a self sufficient web site, but we need your help to do it. You can support the site by purchasing any of the books in our book section or by having an email address at IhateMen. OCTOBER NEWS: Why oh why am I not caught up yet? Well, because I'm never caught up. If it's not one thing, it's another. Anyway, as you can see from the dates next to the links above, I'm halfway through updating all of the pages. Thanks to some wonderful volunteers who are doing the proofreading for me, this update has been the easiest yet and will soon be completed. And speaking of easier (not to mention lovelier), the wonderful Sara has redesigned the site and found a great little program that will make updating it simple. So be on the lookout for a brand new I Hate Men! And I swear that you will not have to see the colors red, blue, or yellow anywhere. Woo-hoo. Wanna see a preview? Then there's that pesky message board problem. OK, I'm getting to that too. Not to mention the e-mail and advice problems because of a screwy server problem. Slammy is handling that. My "To Do" list just keeps growing and growing and growing.... <sigh>

SEPTEMBER NEWS: Well, it's been slow going catching up from all the time my computer was sick. I'm drowning in e-mail so if I haven't answered yours yet, don't worry, I will! And our www.ihatewomen.com buddy, Slammy, is out of town so I'm handling their advice board. If you get bored, check it out and see what problems the men have. Also, my goal this month, aside from catching up on e-mail, is to update every page of the site. And to do that, I'll need all of you who wanted to volunteer. I have your e-mails and in the next couple of days, I will be contacting you to let you know how you can help. One more thing...we added a guestbook. Please use it to let us know what you think of the site! And check out the updated HateMALE and pictures of my babies!

AUGUST NEWS: My computer spent the last month at the Gateway store being repaired so I'm even more behind than usual. I've been working to answer all of the e-mail and sort submissions. As soon as I catch up on mail, I will begin updating each page of the site and I'll get organized with those of you who want to volunteer to work on I Hate Men. I'm working as fast as I can but unfortunately, real life sometimes gets in the way of the site so please be patient. Your e-mail will be answered and your submissions will appear on the site. It just might take a little longer. Also, while I was away, our friend Slammy from www.ihatewomen.com made a few additions to the site such as the books page and the e-mail sales. I'll be updating and adjusting those as well when I get the chance.

JUNE NEWS: Since I managed to update just about every page last month. I'm going to spend the next couple of weeks clearing out all this e-mail. So, if I owe you a response, expect it soon. You all know I can never keep up with the stuff! But, thanks to my new volunteers, I might just get caught up once and for all. We can only hope. Also, notice that Emily the Advice Whiz now has a column on the main page. Now you can see both of our rants when something makes us mad. And being the proud Mommy that I am, I added lots more pictures of the loves of my life: Dakota & Landon.

MORE MAY NEWS: OK, I went ahead and added the new Guys Online pages, even though I still have a lot to add. It's very time consuming so I thought I'd give you some more to read while I finish up. I also added Tips for Women and Women Fight Back. That's the place where you can respond to anyone on the site. Want to tell a guy what you think of his HateMALE? Now's your chance.

MAY NEWS: Wow...I sure slacked up on the news. Having two kids (see newest pictures here) has kept me much busier than before so I'm even more behind than I was. Slowly but surely, I'm catching up. I'm about 80% on e-mail and I've (so far!) updated the Rants & Raves, Pickup Lines, Dating Horror Stories, Links, Cartoons, Quotes, Pros & Cons, Serious Stuff, Fan Mail, Hate Mail, News, my Bio, and the FAQ. And I've added a Suggestion Box and Tips for Men. If you don't see the changes, you may need to hit "reload" or "refresh" on your browser. I'm currently working on the Guys Online section and it should be done shortly. Then I'll make my way through all of the sections so don't worry, your submissions will appear eventually. Also...I have a couple small requests: when sending something to me, please put both the section where you want it posted and the name you want me to use. Otherwise, I use some variation of your e-mail and it's especially weird when your e-mail is under a name like "Dave."

And, I could get this stuff up faster if you would please, please run it through a spell checker. I don't expect perfection and I only hassle the guys about grammar problems (not the girls) but I do spend the majority of the time correcting spelling and punctuation in the submissions before posting them. Just a quick run through with your spell checker (all e-mail programs have them) would help me A LOT! Thanks and keep sending in stuff. We've got lots of great material coming!
