My name is Kim and I'm the webmaster of I Hate Men. I took over in the middle of June (2002) and I'm busy working to add a lot of new material for you. So far, I've added a private message board (the public one was overrun with kids just trying to be obnoxious), an advice column, quotes, quizzes, a mailing list, pickup lines, dating horror stories, songs, poems, rants and raves, guys online and a FAQ. I've also updated the jokes page so that now, instead of one page, there are 12 subpages. Every other page of the site has been updated as well. And there are lots more updates and new pages coming so please check the site often!

As for me, I'm 31 years old. I'm married and I have a 2 year old son named Dakota and an 8 month old son named Landon. My undergraduate degree is in psychology and my masters is in Social Work. I have also been trained as a counselor. In the past, I have worked with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes. I have also counseled women on a variety of relationship issues. Currently, I'm a stay-at-home mom.

Before I got married, I dated a lot of men. Some were great, some were OK, and some were terrible. But I learned something from each one of them. I'm using that experience (as well as my work experience) to help me develop this site and bring you new and interesting things. I'm also one of the people who responds to the advice column, along with my best friend Emily and webmaster of www.ihatewomen.com, Slammy.

I've received a lot of e-mail asking me if I really "hate men" so much and if I've been screwed over a lot. The answer is no on both counts. This site is for ENTERTAINMENT. It's a place to vent your frustrations and laugh about your problems. It shouldn't be taken too seriously.

Anyway, for those (men) who have e-mailed to say that I'm obviously really ugly and that's why I'm so bitter, I'll let you decide. This is me:
